⇒ Introduction👍
Hello✋ Everyone! It's DEV. I make blogs on interesting knowledgeable things. In this blog we talk about "How to make a productive day". To make a day productive is crucial because each day is important and some good outcomes should also be there. In this Blog we talk about how to make a day productive. Lots of people have problems that they maintain a good time table but they are not able to follow it or there is no outcome. I am putting all your doubts/problems and tell you what and how to do.
⇒ Day Plan on Last Evening
It's mandatory to set the things in evening for the next day. Many people set their timetable on the same day, this takes a good amount of time. So, it's benefited and effective to make your timetable for the next day in evening. By doing this you set your mind that for what purpose you will get up next morning and it'll help you to make your day productive.
⇒ How much to Sleep😴
Here it very important to take a good 8 hours sleep. But have you think that you are sleeping 1/3rd part of your life if you are sleeping for 8 hours. A person who takes 12 hours sleep it means s(he) is sleeping 1/2 of his life. And a person who is sleeping for 6 hours and 4 hours they are spending their on 1/4th and 1/6th respectively part of life in sleeping.
To sleep for 4 hours is not for every one because it is a very complicated task and it impact directly to health also. World's most big leaders
But I will strongly recommend you to sleep for 6 hours because it is not possible for everyone to sleep for 4 hours for everyone but if you want then you can try it(In this case you should take sleep for 12-4am). And after taking 6 hours sleep, one can take around 2 hours of naps(siesta) in 30-45 mins. of interval in a day. It saves you a lots of time in morning, suppose if you are sleeping for 10:00pm to 04:00am and you can utilize it for Exercising, Meditation, Doing hard/heavy works, etc.
For example,
the recently elected 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, a 70-year-old billionaire has touted a 3-4 hour sleep schedule for decades. Apple's VP of Retail Angela Ahrendts said she gets a headache if she sleep more than six hours a night. She wakes up before the sun rises at 4:35am. Former President of America Barack Obama, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Modi, Pepsi-co CEO Indra Nooyi, Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo! and many more, they all use to sleep for 4-5 hours at night. Now your question will be how it is possible? Yes, it is ... One can sleep for 4-5 hours by taking 2-3 hours of naps(siesta) with small interval in between day time.
⇒ Exercise💪 + Meditation🙏
It's necessary to do exercise on daily bases to be active and fit. It will not take more than 20-30 mins in morning when you get up. So, you need to start a day with Meditation and Exercise. By doing this you day will be productive and you have a good concentration on your work. And you can also do it at your home.
There are few exercises and meditation which i would like to recommend you :

Set what's is most prior for you like what things you want to do first and so on. It'll will really help you to manage your day in right manner.
⇒ Healthy Food🍲
After all above to it's time to take a healthy and light meal. By taking a light meal it affects you so that you will no feel lazy. Now you might be thinking how i take light meal I can't control my hunger? That it easy you are taking light meal but after a small interval of time. You take meal after every 1-2 hours it totally depends you.
Now, many of you have doubts that how much to take water in a day? There is one best answer guys how much your body needs water you should take. Many people have myth that one should take 6-8 glass of water in a day.
⇒ 21/90 rule & Persistence😇
I hope many of you know about 21/90 rule but most of you not apply. What exactly a 21/90 rule is? If a person is following/doing a same thing for 21 days so that will become addiction and adapted by your body. And if you follow it for 90 day so it will become your lifestyle.
It's better to be persistent towards your work and task whatever you are doing or you have been allotted. Be calm and follow it for 21 day on daily bases the result will be there.
⇒ Conclusion👊
It's time to conclusion like what impacts will above things will put on you and your lifestyle. Your confidence level will increase day by day. There will be a huge change in your life style too. If above things is adopted by body then you are near your success.
